Real Estate Sales Agent

Seven Stars Investment Properties, a growing real estate company in the Northern Emirates, is looking for motivated, ambitious, and target-driven Real Estate Agents / Property Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team in Umm Al Quwain and Ajman.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties (ready & off-plan).
• Generate, manage, and follow up on sales and leasing leads.
• Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide suitable property recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property deals.
• Coordinate with developers and management regarding project details, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor leads through CRM/Excel systems.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends, especially in Umm Al Quwain and Ajman.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate or sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales, customer service, or telemarketing background may also apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Knowledge of UAQ, Ajman, and UAE real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English (Arabic/Hindi or multilingual is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools is a plus.
• UAE Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
