What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing buyers and sellers across Austin's residential and luxury markets
  • Building a book of business with support from our lead coordination platform
  • Attending weekly training to stay sharp on market conditions, contracts, and strategy
  • Collaborating with a close-knit team of top producers and dedicated support staff
  • Leveraging the BHHS brand and marketing coaching to grow your personal brand and referral base

Who We're Looking For

  • Active Texas real estate license — or currently in the process of obtaining one
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a genuine desire to compete
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and follows through consistently
  • Coachable and consistent — willing to show up, invest in training, and grow your craft
  • Interest in luxury real estate is a plus, but not required — we'll get you there
