Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Location: Sharjah , UAE

• Job Responsibilities: ∙Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential) ∙Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities Job Requirements: ∙
• Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ∙
• Must have a valid UAE driving license ∙
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills .
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences .
• Strong organizational and time management abilities .
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills ∙
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions .
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE .
• Familiarity with CRM software and strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuwian , real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects
