Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
• Off-plan sales experience is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of developers, project launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Active on social media and professionally presentable
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily buyer and investor leads
• Promote off-plan and secondary market properties
• Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
• Convert leads into successful transactions
