We work with serious investors and end-users across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. You'll be working with qualified leads, presenting off-plan investment opportunities, and closing deals independently. This is a high-earning, performance-based role for someone who already knows how to sell.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for off-plan projects
• Present properties and investment opportunities to clients
• Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and buyers
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market and new launches

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
• Proven track record of closing off-plan or secondary market deals
• Active RERA certification (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Languages: English required, Arabic/Russian a strong plus
