We are hiring a high-performing Female Off-Plan Sales Agent with a proven track record in closing developer deals in Dubai. This role is strictly for results-driven professionals who excel in a target-oriented sales environment and fully understand the off-plan sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan residential projects from leading Dubai developers
- Handle qualified leads and actively generate new business
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and site visits
- Advise investors and end-users on project selection, ROI, and payment plans
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and internal sales teams
- Update CRM systems with accurate client and deal data
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of off-plan real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Demonstrated history of successful deal closures
- Strong understanding of Dubai off-plan projects, pricing, and payment structures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
- Target-driven mindset with high work ethic
- Professional appearance and client-handling skills
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
