Compensation:

$125,000+ commission based income

Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect your sphere of influence to generate opportunities.
• Conduct buyer and listing appointments and negotiate contracts through to closing.
• Deliver exceptional service with integrity and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and accountability to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications:

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• Great communication and social skills.
• Organized and managed time effectively.
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
• Self-motivation and drive.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
