Real Estate Sales Agent - Off-Plan

Job description:

We are looking for experienced real estate sales agents (Off-Plan) from all nationalities. We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team immediately and contribute to our continued success. Both male and female agents are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct site visits
• Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers in Dubai.
• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and budget requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of ongoing and upcoming off-plan developments, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Maintain CRM records to track leads, conversions, and follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Off-Plan)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and client management skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Male & female candidates are encouraged to apply
