Real Estate Sales Agent (Off-Plan)

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients

* Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships

* Present and sell off-plan real estate projects

* Achieve sales targets and KPIs

* Provide daily activity and performance reports

Requirements:

* Experience in real estate is a plus (fresh candidates are also welcome)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

* Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
