What You ll Do

* Generate and convert leads for both off-plan and secondary real estate
* Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations for prospective buyers
* Stay up to date with current launches, communities, and developer offerings
* Advise clients on market trends, property comparisons, and investment strategies
* Manage negotiations, offers, and complete sales cycles with full transparency
* Ensure compliance with all RERA rules and internal company procedures
* Use CRM tools to manage sales activities, client follow-ups, and documentation
* Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and new listings

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience in Dubai s off-plan and secondary markets
* Strong understanding of Dubai communities, developers, and real estate regulations
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
* RERA knowledge and real estate license is preferred
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in teams
