Home Sigma Real Estate is actively hiring experienced Off-Plan Sales Agents who know how to close deals and earn big commissions. This role is strictly for professionals with proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai and a strong closing mindset.

What You Will Do:

• Sell high-demand off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
• Handle company-provided leads and self-generated clients
• Close deals, negotiate, and convert prospects into buyers
• Build strong relationships with investors and end-users
• Attend project launches, site visits, and client meetings
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements (Strict):

• Minimum 1 year off-plan real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record in off-plan transactions
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
