Real Estate Sales Agent - Property Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Full training will be provided, and the position offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and social media.
• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and basic presentations.
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance goals.
• Keep records of leads, interactions, and sales activity.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
