Real Estate Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare real estate documents
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and social media content
  • Provide general administrative support to our real estate agents
  • Maintain organized records and assist with various office duties
  • Greet clients and visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or real estate support role is preferred. Will train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
