Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced, driven, and well-connected Off-Plan Sales Broker to join our expanding Dubai team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for new developments and a deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market. You will represent Berkeley Mercantile in presenting tier-one projects from developers such as Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Danube, and more, helping clients secure the most promising opportunities in the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai.
- Maintain strong developer relationships and stay updated on new project launches and inventory.
- Advise clients on payment plans, handover timelines, ROI, and capital appreciation potential.
- Qualify leads from internal and external sources, conduct consultations, and manage the sales process end-to-end.
- Coordinate and conduct project tours, presentations, and client meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with prospects to convert interest into sales.
- Ensure all deals are compliant with RERA regulations and internal company processes.
- Work collaboratively with the in-house marketing and admin teams to support sales campaigns and client onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s master communities, developer portfolios, and buyer profiles.
- Proven track record of high-ticket off-plan sales and client retention.
- Fluent in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- RERA certification is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and familiar with digital sales tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory).
