Mamari Estates is looking for a high-calibre Sales Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the Managing Partner in a fast-paced real estate environment. This is NOT an admin role, but a growth-focused position with real responsibility and exposure to high-value deals.

What you’ll do:

• Property searches & deal prep
• Client qualification & follow-ups
• Market & developer research
• Contracts, listings, CRM & coordination
• Problem-solving & operations support

Who should apply:

• Familiar with developers, off-plan & contracts
• Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp, Notion, ChatGPT
