Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role located in 6th of October. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing client inquiries, promoting residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining market knowledge, and working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Willingness to participate in Training programs to build and enhance expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High motivation to achieve sales targets and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
