Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
- Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
