Responsibilities:

• Contacting prospective and existing clients
• Responding to inquiries regarding our company and property portfolio
• Identifying and understanding customer requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Implementing effective marketing strategies to promote company properties

Requirements:

• 1-year+ experience in real estate
• Strong understanding of sales trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Creative thinking and strong customer engagement abilities
• Good sales ability with resilience and patience
• Working knowledge of relevant software
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
