Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Property Consultant based in Cairo. The Sr. Property Consultant is responsible for providing expert real estate advice, conducting property assessments, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, managing sales transactions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting with marketing efforts to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills to understand and address client needs effectively
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in sales and successful real estate transaction management
• Knowledge of the real estate brokerage market, property laws, and market trends
• Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a property consultant is a must
