Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant with a strong background in Dubai off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sales-driven, and confident in working with Tier 1 developers, supported by qualified leads, marketing budgets, and a strong sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Handle and convert qualified daily leads provided by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Off-plan sales experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Proven sales and closing ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
- RERA certification (preferred or required, depending on company policy)
Skills
- Excellent English communication
- Additional fluency in Hindi, French, Persian, Turkish, or German is an advantage
- Driving License (preferred)
