WE are hiring – Sales Director (Real Estate – Abu Dhabi)
Providential Properties Management is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the company’s growth in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market reach
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the full sales cycle and ensure high closing ratios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key partners
- Train and coach agents to enhance performance and productivity
- Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold professional standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
