Job Type: Full-Time Senior Level Commission + Fixed Package (DOE)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Director to lead, mentor, and scale our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants & Sales Managers
• Develop and implement high-performance sales strategies and targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
• Oversee deal pipelines, negotiations, and closing processes
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop sales talent
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and sales reporting
• Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
• Strong developer & investor network (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
