Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities
 Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
 Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
 Conduct property viewings and open houses.
 Negotiate contracts and sales terms.
 Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and regulations.
 Provide exceptional customer service to clients and follow up on leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
 Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Strong client relationship management skills.
 Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

Salary & Benefits
 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
 Attractive incentives on successful deal closures.
