Position Overview
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting company properties, managing client relationships, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start a rewarding career in real estate with full training and support.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis to advise clients on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Client consultation: Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting by understanding their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to secure the best possible deals for clients.
- Marketing and lead generation: Promote properties through online advertising, open houses, social media, and other marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Administrative and legal work: Prepare and manage real estate contracts, sales agreements, and other legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Property showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
