Job Description :

We are urgently seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join a dynamic and growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and strong knowledge of the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:

•Generate, manage, and follow up on leads

•Conduct property viewings for potential clients

•Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and property owners

•Negotiate and finalize property deals professionally

•Coordinate with admin/marketing teams for listings and documentation

•Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements:

•Minimum 1 year experience in UAE Real Estate (Sales or Leasing)( Not Mandatory)

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•Presentable and professional attitude

•Ability to work independently and within a team

•Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach
