Real Estate Sales Head

Kuala, India

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head (Real Estate) to lead our sales team in Kochi. The candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, client acquisition, and property sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets in residential & commercial real estate projects.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Handle negotiations and close high-value property deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and closing abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Kochi’s real estate market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
