Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will handle property inquiries, conduct viewings, close leasing and sales deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for property sales and leasing through calls, walk-ins, online portals, and referrals.

Conduct property viewings across Dubai communities and present units professionally to potential clients.

Negotiate offers, prepare tenancy/sales documents with the office, and close transactions in line with company policies and Dubai regulations.

Maintain an updated list of available units, prices, and promotions, and ensure listings are accurate on property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).

Build and maintain a strong database of local and international clients for repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets set by management.

Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, new projects, and pricing across key communities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in sales; Dubai real estate (leasing or sales) experience is preferred and will be a strong advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a confident and customer-focused attitude.

Languages: Fluent English required and Arabic language are a plus for dealing with diverse client segments.

Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred, due to travel between multiple properties in Dubai.

RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it after joining).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
