Your Role:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to capture high-net-worth clients and investors.

- Build strong relationships with luxury developers and ensure priority access to exclusive projects.

- Oversee sales pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure consistent lead conversion.

- Train team members on negotiation, closing techniques, and luxury client handling.

- Represent Magus Real Estate at property launches, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s real estate market.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury property landscape, including off-plan and secondary markets.

- Established network of investors and HNWI clients (local & international).

- Ability to deliver results under pressure and foster a culture of excellence within the sales team.

- Based in Dubai with valid UAE real estate knowledge (RERA certification preferred).
