Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
