Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Oversee daily sales operations and monitor team performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive activities
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
