Looking for potential candidates for leasing manager post

- Oversee property marketing strategies and campaigns to attract prospective tenants.- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and evaluations, ensuring the selection of suitable applicants

.- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, and accurately document lease agreements.

- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Conduct property tours and showings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each unit.- Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and ensure compliance with lease terms.

- Develop strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize property occupancy and rental income.

- Stay updated on local property laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance and tenant satisfaction.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
