Fatani Estate is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and supervise a team of realtors selling ready and off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and supervise real estate agents
• Set sales targets and monitor performance
• Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-ups
• Support deal closures and negotiations
• Coordinate with developers and senior management
• Maintain sales reports and pipeline tracking

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive targets and team performance
• Market knowledge of ready & off-plan projects
