Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the
deal.
- Property Presentation: Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key
features and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments to
provide clients with accurate information.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal formalities
involved in buying the property.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop
effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
