Job Type: Full-Time Basic + Commission + Incentives (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Property Consultants. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, proven sales performance in Dubai real estate, and the drive to help the team achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and support a team of Real Estate Sales Executives
• Set monthly sales targets and ensure KPIs are achieved
• Train, guide, and mentor consultants on sales techniques and negotiation
• Oversee daily team performance, pipelines, and deal activities
• Assist team members with client meetings and deal closing when required
• Build and maintain strong client & developer relationships
• Work closely with management on sales strategy and planning
• Ensure CRM records, reports, and documentation are maintained accurately
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales leadership / team-leading experience in Dubai
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market & developers
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
• RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
