Sales Manager – Real Estate | Ajman
Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our real estate sales operations in Ajman. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can drive revenue growth, improve team efficiency, and support the company’s ongoing expansion within the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily sales operations, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently met
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions and overall revenue
- Train, monitor, and mentor Property Consultants to improve productivity and closing performance
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and industry networking events
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales; UAE market experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team of five or more members
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license with access to personal transportation
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 6,000, based on experience
