Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our real estate sales division in Ajman. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, enhance team performance, and contribute directly to the company’s continued success in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations, ensuring team and individual sales targets are consistently achieved
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate Property Consultants to enhance productivity and closing performance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic business partners
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Represent Arfeen Real Estate at property launches, exhibitions, and industry networking events

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with UAE market exposure preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team of five or more consultants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 6,000, based on experience
