• Proven experience in the UAE real estate market • Strong background in the SECONDARY MARKET(resale properties) • Must have an existing team of agents • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills • Strong closing ability and track record of achieving targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents • Drive sales performance in the secondary market • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers • Ensure team meets and exceeds monthly targets • Must have an existing team of agents
