- Cross-Department Supervision: Lead the sales team while actively syncing with listing and marketing departments to maximize revenue.
- Lead Conversion Management: Supervise inbound lead distribution, track agent follow-ups, and optimize conversion rates in the CRM.
- Listing & Presentation Quality: Ensure the sales team utilizes property listings effectively and presents new projects professionally to clients.
- Market & Project Expertise: Maintain absolute knowledge of all new off-plan launches, developer payment plans, and market trends to coach the team.
- Hands-on Sales Leadership: Act as a working supervisor who steps in to help agents close deals, handle VIP clients, and resolve objections.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of successful real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of hitting sales targets and closing deals in both secondary and off-plan markets.
- Lead & CRM Mastery: Deep expertise in managing sales pipelines within real estate CRMs .
- Leadership Style: A hands-on mentor with exceptional negotiation, communication, and team-motivating skills who knows the sales process inside out.
