About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a leader who can recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.

Set monthly sales targets and ensure team performance meets company goals.

Support agents with negotiations, listing presentations, and closing deals.

Monitor market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of real estate sales management experience in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of Dubai property market, RERA rules, and transaction processes.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

RERA broker card is an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
