Real Estate Sales Manager – (Dubai Experienced / Team Leader)

About the Role: Amroz Real Estate is seeking an aggressive, highly experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to take over, build, and lead our sales division in Dubai. We are looking for a strategic leader who does not just manage, but recruits.

The ideal candidate already possesses a strong network in the UAE real estate market and has the immediate capability to bring in and lead a team of high-performing, experienced brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Expansion: Actively hire, onboard, and retain a team of experienced, independent real estate agents. Ability to bring an existing team of brokers is a massive advantage.
• Sales Leadership: Set and enforce high-performance KPIs, manage daily sales operations, and drive the team to hit aggressive monthly revenue targets.
• Strategy & Training: Provide ongoing coaching, market analysis, and deal-closing support to agents across both Off-Plan and Secondary markets.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee the lead distribution from portals (Bayut, Property Finder) and ensure maximum conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of proven Real Estate Sales experience in the Dubai market, with at least 2+ years in a direct Management or Team Leader role.
• Network: Must have a strong, existing network of active brokers and high-net-worth clients/investors.
• Leadership: Documented track record of building and managing high-revenue sales teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of RERA regulations, UAE property laws, and developer processes.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
