We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven track record in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets from all nationalities. This position combines high-performance sales with leadership responsibilities — ideal for someone ready to manage their own portfolio while building and mentoring a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of real estate agents.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive off-plan and secondary market sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors locally and internationally.
- Manage daily operations, track performance, and ensure targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed on Dubai’s market trends, project launches, and pricing insights.
- Represent Taher Sharif Real Estate at property launches, client meetings, and networking events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan and secondary).
- Proven sales record with reputable developers and brokerages.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
