Real Estate Sales Manager Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Perk Excellence Real Estate Dubai is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and at least 1 year of experience as Sales Manager (Real Estate) in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team to improve their skills and effectiveness.
• Track and report on team performance and sales progress, offering guidance on how to meet targets.
• Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, building lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify new sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and manage any sales-related challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
