REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER ( secondary Market)

Location: DUBAI MEDIA CITY

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Attractive Commission

We are a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial property solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Handle property sales, client meetings, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements

• Proven experience of 4-5 years in real estate sales (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude
