Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Proven team leadership experience (5+ agents preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to perform in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
