We are looking for a real estate sales manager who can take care of all the duties related to sales and inquiries handling.

Only females are needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide professional advice, market insights, and property valuations to clients.
• Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Expertise:
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, local conditions, and property values.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• Property Management:
• Coordinate property showings and open houses for potential buyers.
• Assist clients with property selection and guide them through the purchase process.
• Manage and update client and property databases.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to close deals effectively.
• Ensure timely and smooth completion of transactions.
• Reporting & Strategy:
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
