A leading real estate firm in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Professional with strong market awareness and a proven ability to convert enquiries into successful deals. This role suits someone who understands client management, follows a structured sales process, and can represent the brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert sales enquiries across residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings, present listings confidently, and advise clients throughout the full sales journey
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Negotiate terms effectively and secure agreements with clarity and confidence
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing movements, and new developments
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of client communication

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals consistently
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Solid understanding of Bahrain’s real estate landscape is preferred
  • Target-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up and work ethic
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple leads at once
