Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert sales enquiries across residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, present listings confidently, and advise clients throughout the full sales journey
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
- Negotiate terms effectively and secure agreements with clarity and confidence
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing movements, and new developments
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of client communication
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a related customer-facing sales role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals consistently
- Professional communication and presentation
- Solid understanding of Bahrain’s real estate landscape is preferred
