Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, proven sales closure experience, and deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and channel partners
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Generate revenue through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, and channel sales
  • Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, site events, and promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and key clients
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Ensure complete documentation and smooth coordination with CRM & legal teams
  • Track competitor projects, pricing, and market trends

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth understanding of real estate sales cycles
  • Ability to handle pressure and close deals independently
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (preferably residential projects)
  • Experience managing a sales team is mandatory
  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws, RERA norms, and documentation
  • Must be target-driven and result-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
