Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, proven sales closure experience, and deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and channel partners
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Generate revenue through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, and channel sales
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, site events, and promotions
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and key clients
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure complete documentation and smooth coordination with CRM & legal teams
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and market trends

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth understanding of real estate sales cycles

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (preferably residential projects)
- Experience managing a sales team is mandatory
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, RERA norms, and documentation
- Must be target-driven and result-oriented
