About the Role

Blissful Homes is a fast-growing Dubai real estate brokerage looking for an experienced

Real Estate Team Lead (Manager Level) with strong leadership capability, deep market

knowledge, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing sales team quickly.

This is not an agent-level role and not for admins or coordinators.

We are hiring only an experienced Manager with proven success leading sales teams in

Dubai real estate.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands systems, operations, CRM, compliance,

sales processes, and team performance management — and can bring structure to a

fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership (70%)

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard real estate agents
  • Build and scale a team from 1 agent to 5+ agents rapidly
  • Lead daily and weekly KPI meetings
  • Coach agents, conduct sales trainings, and improve performance
  • Manage daily sales activities, lead distribution, follow-ups, prospecting, and closing
  • Ensure all agents follow company processes and CRM rules

Operations & Systems Management (30%)

  • Manage the company CRM (GoYzer, PropSpace, or similar)
  • Oversee lead assignment, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Manage portal listings and ensure all properties are updated
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
  • Coordinate with marketing, admin, HR, and C-level leadership
  • Handle client relationship management and deal progression
  • Prepare daily performance reports for the CEO and Reporting Manager
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations at Azizi Riviera

Required Experience & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in Dubai real estate
  • RERA Broker Card
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Must currently be working in a manager-level role, not agent, not admin
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate (off-plan + ready)
  • Experience in developer relations and brokerage operations
  • Daily operations management and KPI tracking experience
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to build systems, improve processes, and enforce discipline

Good to Have:

  • Own car
  • Developer-side experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup brokerage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 50% (agent-standard commission structure)

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Office located in Azizi Riviera, Meydan, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
