Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.

To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.

To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.

Assist Sales manager in setting individual sales targets of sales team members.

Lead, manage & supervise sales team and provide needed training and coaching to them to achieve the individual sales targets.

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Monitor team performance and make frequent reports.

Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST.

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
