Assist Sales manager in setting individual sales targets of sales team members.</li><li>
Lead, manage &amp; supervise sales team and provide needed training and coaching to them to achieve the individual sales targets.</li><li>
Listen to team members&rsquo; feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.</li><li>

Personal Skills:</b></h2><ul><li>
Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST.</li><li>
