Real Estate Team Leader – Secondary Market (Dubai)

Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Dubai Secondary Market

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead and grow our Secondary Market team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Support agents in closing deals and handling negotiations
• Recruit and train new agents to expand the team
• Develop strategies to generate leads and increase listings
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
• Prepare performance reports and track KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai Secondary Market experience (mandatory)
• Previous team leadership or senior agent experience preferred
• Proven track record in sales and closing property transactions
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to motivate and drive a results-oriented team
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai communities and property regulations
